    • Alternatively, click “Use My Current Time & Zone” to automatically fill these based on your computer’s settings.
  2. Participants’ Time Zones:
    • Click the “Add Participant” button to add a slot for a meeting attendee.
    • For each participant, select their Time Zone from the dropdown list.
    • You can add multiple participants. To remove a participant, click the “Remove” button next to their time zone.
  3. Working Hours Definition:
    • Specify the typical Work Day Starts hour (0-23, e.g., 9 for 9 AM).
